Secure Facility

DocuTech protects your private loan information. Our in-house fulfillment center is protected with security card readers, limited access, encrypted data transmissions, and state of the art firewall technology. Your initial disclosures are safe with us!

Comprehensive Audit Trail

DocuTech tracks the document package throughout every step of the mailing process. We can tell you when the package was received, printed, packaged, and mailed out. Follow up with each disclosure package to verify it was sent out within the 3-day RESPA requirement. In the case of a government audit, simply bring up the report and prove that you are compliant with RESPA law!

Unlimited Capacity

Our fulfillment center packages are load-balanced across multiple high-speed printers. This architecture allows DocuTech to quickly add additional hardware when necessary. Automated processes along with a reliable packaging team allow us to efficiently mail-out each document package on time and without errors.

Web Services Available

Do you generate documents from a competitors product? No problem. You can transmit documents to our fulfillment center directly by connecting to our web services. Simply send your documents to our web service with a destination and return address. Our fulfillment center will mail out the package for you.

Rush Orders

Do you ever wait until the last minute to mail out your disclosures?
Our fulfillment center automatically recognizes document packages that are running late. This is critical in the case a disclosure package is received on the same day that it needs to be mailed out. Our fulfillment center will "flag" the package as a "rush order" and move it to the front of the line so that it is mailed out that same day. (certain restrictions apply)

First Class or Overnight Shipping

All of our fulfillment center packages are mailed out through the USPS first class priority mail. However, DocuTech has also contracted with UPS to overnight packages and accelerate the shipping process when necessary.

RESPA Compliant

RESPA requires that the Initial Disclosures be shipped to the borrower within 3 business days from when the application is received. Our processes enforce this requirement for all initial disclosures packages received. As mentioned above, we have implemented a "Rush Order" process to further guarantee that our packages will be sent out on time.

Document Storage

DocuTech can store electronic copies of each document package for up to 3 years. Contact us to find out more!
