Data Integrity Test

The Data Integrity Test is an automatic feature that runs every time just prior to generating documents that alerts the user of any omitted fields or questionable entries. This feature notifies the user of any inaccurate information and data entered and ensures the accuracy and quality of your data. This test alerts the user of possible concerns, and does not in any way hinder the continuation of the document process.

Optional or Required Field Prompts

Our Optional or Required Field Prompts functionality allows our clients to require their end users to enter or re-verify any data that has a history of being problematic. Customers are allowed to prompt their users for these data fields at their own discretion. This customized functionality can be configured to meet your specific needs. Any of the fields you deem necessary may be flagged as optional fields allowing a simple reminder or re-verification, while other more critical fields may be designated as required fields which will halt all progress until the field is properly handled.

Set Standard Value Defaults

While some fields may be left to the discretion of each individual user, other fields may not be as forgiving. These critical fields may carry enough risk that our clients prefer to set values based on pre-determined best practices instead of prompting users for a value. In these instances DocuTech provides the ability to Set Standard Values instead of Input Values. As always, this functionality is designed to be configured according to your unique business needs.
