Regional Director of Sales

Due to recent company expansion, we are looking to add additional sales directors to our team.

Job Description

Working from your home office, the successful candidate will grow their territory through new customer acquisition and cross selling additional services to existing customers in their territory.  Your job will consist primarily of the following activities:

• Cold calling prospects to generate interest
• Presenting demonstrations of solution suite (remotely and in-person)
• Establishing and growing relationships with industry partners to get referrals
• Attending trade shows in your region
• Creating and presenting proposals to prospects
• Negotiating pricing and final contracts
• Participating in kick-off calls to transition account to implementation team
• Working with new customers to get them up to speed using the applications 
• Utilizing CRM to manage opportunity pipeline
• Additionally, you may, from time-to-time, be asked to contribute to solving problems for other business units in the company

About Your Experience

To be successful in this role, your background should include:

• 3+ years outside sales experience selling a run rate service
• History of successfully closing deals
• Familiarity with mortgage lending industry a plus

About You

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel at least 50-66% of the time in your territory
• Ability to work from a remote location (home-based office)

Compensation

The compensation package for the Regional Director of Sales will include a base salary and commission. The commission will be variable based on your performance against quota objectives. The on-target earnings for this position are $110K - $125K for the first full year after a ramp-up period, and $200K per year thereafter.

There is no cap to your earning potential.  Our business creates recurring revenue and commissions are paid out for the life of the client.
